The two-level villa of the 210 m2, combines the stone and the big glass doors giving the sense of living inside and outside at the same time. Citrus Grove, ready to accommodate up to 12 people, consists of 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a seating area and a kitchen overlooking the pool and a big parking space. All in a green space of 8 acres, just 5 minutes from the sandy shores., away from the noise of the city, giving the guests the rest and relaxation, they seek during their vacation. By entering the building, the feeling of light and nature is the first intense feeling for the guest. Full open house concept flowing from the fully equipped kitchen into the dining, living & secluded outdoor space with the huge private pool and a massive dining table sitting twelve, where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the garden and the pool. The bright and airy interiors of Villa Citrus Grove with the selectively chosen furniture blend modern luxury. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, opposite to each other. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a rainfall shower. The guests of these bedrooms can have some private time away from the rest of the group, enjoying their own small private pool. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor, for guests to have immediate access from the pool area.

FIRST FLOOR
An inside staircase takes you from the living room to the first floor. As you head up on the first floor, there are two master bedrooms 25 m², each of them with a wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower. The extraordinary in these rooms are the attics, where there is a small living area with a sofa-bed, which can host extra guests, if necessary. All rooms have large windows with views of the natural surroundings, allowing for sunlight to travel throughout the day. Furthermore upstairs, there is an impressive huge balcony where you can enjoy a drink while watching the sky colored by the red and purple shades of the sunset. The exterior consists of a large veranda, a BBQ place and an amazing large private pool(12mx3m), with a jetted tub ideal for children to swim safely. Thanks to the patio doors on the ground floor, you will be able to enjoy the outdoor space at its best: shaded areas with tables, chairs, and a stone barbecue will allow you to spend fantastic, relaxing times while admiring the wonderful countryside. Guests will find the BBQ facility and the seating area to relax and enjoy a gathering with delicious lunches and dinners in the open air. The swimming pool patio is wonderfully appointed with sun beds, a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy the sun after a refreshing swim into the pool. The large garden, which is ideal for children to play around safely ,also offers a big variety of organic vegetables and fruits ,which are available for our guests. As this brand new villa is surrounded by herbs, vineyards, orange and lemon trees, guests have the luck to experience agritourism, with a touch of minimalism and modern notes.
